Fees and Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
A full 36 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments. If you cancel less than 36 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed for 50% of the cost of your appointment. Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (no show) are billed for the full cost of their session.
There are many reasons why someone may need to cancel, and many of these emergencies are unforeseeable. Cancellation fees may be waived in the event of a medical emergency, a loss in the family, or inclement weather.
Fee Payment
Payment for counselling services is due prior to the beginning of every session. A reminder email will be sent out the day of an appointment regarding payment. Please retain your invoice for your insurance or income tax claims, if applicable. Keeping track of your invoices for insurance and budgeting purposes would be advisable.

Intake Session $195/ 90 min
Subsequent Sessions $150/ 50 min
Couples Counselling
Intake Session $235/ 90 min
Subsequent Sessions $195/ 50 min
Parenting Support
Intake Session $215/ 90 min
Subsequent Sessions $180/ 50 min
